BRINGING AN EARLY CHRISTMAS CHEER TO THE POOR IN ATTERIDGEVILLE

On the 20 November 2018 the Super Shongwe Memorial and Charity Trust hosted 50 people at Muzimuhle to present Christmas hampers to 11 Atteridgeville community organizations including 3 schools,  a church and hospice. These are proceeds valued to about R100 000.00 from the hampers donated by our guests at our Charity Benefit Concert held on 10 November 2018 at the Atteridgeville Community Hall. The hampers containing foodstuffs and toiletries are meant to bring joy to indigent families in our community. The Executive Director Ndhlabole Shongwe was overcome by emotions when bidding farewell to George Mahlaela at the occasion on his retirement from the Trust after serving selflessly and with dedication for 10 years of which almost 9 were as its chairperson.
